BioLarry Champagne, proprietor, oversees all residential and commercial projects of Champagne Ventures Ltd. He is a certified carpenter and holds the General Contractor, Superintendent designation from the Canadian Construction Association. Larry began his building career in 1975 in Alberta as a Project Manager in commercial, institutional and residential construction. Larry moved to Vancouver Island in 1992. He was employed as a Construction Superintendent with Kinetic Construction for 10 years. In this capacity, he was responsible for the completion of commercial, institutional, restaurant and seismic upgrade projects with values in excess of $45 million. Since 2002, through his own Champagne Ventures, Larry has produced numerous homes and commercial project developments on Vancouver Island, many of them in the Greater Victoria area, including Langford and Sooke. |
