In October 2005 we moved in to a new house built by Larry Champagne and his company Champagne Ventures. What a wonderful experience it was. Everything that was done had that added touch, like the fence, because of the unevenness of the ground there were quiet a few gaps for our dog to go through, without even being asked Larry’s staff went through and boarded up all the places where it was possible fro the dog to get though. We were also asked if we would like to customise the shelving in the closets, and it was done just as we requested. This is the 3rd new house purchase for us, including a custom built, and this was by far the best builder we had the pleasure of working with.
