We chose to work with Larry Champagne after viewing numerous properties and being consistently impressed with the quality of finishing done by Champagne Ventures. Our house was completed in 2004 and has certainly supassed our expectations.  Larry is professional, personable and associates himself with trades people who are equally invested with pride in their work. As with any project of this size, complications arise.  Larry was quick to bring them to resolution.  Being a custom home, we had definate ideas about the construction, offered suggestions and alternatives which have enhanced the look of our home.
